Suomen Vuokranantajat ry

Suomen Vuokranantajat ry is a national organization for landlords and property owners, founded at the beginning of 1999. The association advocates for the interests of landlords and provides expert knowledge on renting and property investment.
Private landlords rent out approximately 350,000 apartments across Finland. Suomen Vuokranantajat ry represents private landlords in public discussions and actively works to strengthen the conditions for rental activities.
Assi Group Oy
Assi Group Oy is an investment company primarily operating in Lappeenranta, focused on owning and renting residential and office spaces. "We develop centrally located properties in prime locations into high-quality homes and business premises."
Currently, Assi Group has over 70 growing business tenants in various properties, as well as more than 100 rental homes.

LOAS
The Lappeenranta Student Housing Foundation (LOAS) was established in 1974 to maintain and build rental apartments for students studying in Lappeenranta and nearby areas, including Lappeenranta University of Technology and Saimaa University of Applied Sciences.
LOAS's first rental building was completed in the fall of 1975. The foundation now offers over 3,000 housing places primarily near Lappeenranta’s center or the university.
